The quality of Providence Players’ productions not only depends on the sale of tickets but also on the generosity of its patrons. Ticket sales only cover a portion of the budget each year.

Donations not only help support production costs, but also help provide free tickets to those who are unable to afford the price of admissions, college scholarships through PPF’s scholarship program, support to PPF’s student preview as well as to pay for tools, specialized theater equipment, workshops and other special projects. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution with your subscription purchase at one of the following levels:

  • Donor ($10-$24)
  • Friend ($25-$49)    
  • Player ($50-$99)    
  • Patron ($100-$249)    
  • Benefactor ($250-$499)    
  • Director’s Circle ($500-$999)    
  • Producer’s Circle ($1,000 or more)

A few special pages in each PPF playbill acknowledge, by name, the generous support of its donors who have helped make the season possible.

Donations are deductible to the extent provided by law. The Providence Players of Fairfax is organized as a Virginia nonprofit corporation and is exempt from tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As a charitable organization, we are registered with the Virginia Department of Agriculture.  A financial statement is available upon written request from that Department’s Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs.
